Cozy Mornings & Pumpkin Bread.


The other day I woke up in the most autumnal mood! It was a chilly, grey morning so I lit some candles, slipped into this comfy jumper from SheIn, cozied up on the couch with some hot coffee for a while and then I made my moms famous pumpkin bread. This quick bread is so moist and delicious and is incredibly easy to make! I posted the recipe down below so you can make it all autumn long!



Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients:

3 1/2 c flour
3 c sugar
2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 c vegetable oil
3 eggs
2/3 c water
2 c canned pumpkin

Directions:

1.) Mix everything together until smooth.
2.) Pour into well greased loaf pans.
3.) Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
