It has become a rare occasion to see me wearing shorts these days. Dresses have become my best friend over the past few months and I kind of forgot about all the pretty shorts I own. After doing a closet clean out, I came across these scalloped polka dot shorts that I purchased a few months ago from Ann Taylor and decided that it was time for them to make their first appearance out in public. I paired them with a navy blouse and some soft pink accessories, because you can never go wrong with a pop of pink. I absolutely adore the scalloped hem on these shorts- it just makes the whole look more intriguing and feminine. I wore this outfit for a day of hanging out with my family and friends, but I think it would be a cute and easy outfit for a casual date with your lovey!
