Christmas In The City.

Yesterday Joseph and I went to Pittsburgh to kick off the Christmas season! There is something so magical about being in a city during the holidays- pretty lights twinkling all around, wreaths hung on doors, Christmas music in the air and people buzzing through the streets with their red Starbucks cups in hand. It's the most wonderful time of the year!

The Christmas tree at PPG Place is absolutely breathtaking. It reminds me of the one in NYC at Rockefeller because it has an ice skating rink around it. I would love to come back on a snowy evening with Joe so we could ice skate, wouldn't that be romantic?

It was pretty chilly in the morning so I made sure to bundle up. I can't even tell you how much I have worn this camel coat (last seen here.) It is the perfect neutral color to wear with just about anything. For a day in the city I needed my comfiest shoes so I opted for my black ankle booties with a chunky heel- I could walk for miles in these babies. A tweed dress, black tights, fur snood and a wool hat completed my look.
