Ruffled Romper.

Holy guacamole the south sure is hot during the summer! I am currently in Georgia visiting my fiancé Joseph and starting to move my belongings into his apartment. I can't believe in just a few shorts months he and I say the big "I do" and I will be moving down here. Eeek! This intense heat is going to take some getting used to, but I am totally okay with kissing PA winters goodbye.

Today I decided to explore Jekyll Island which is just a short 25 minute drive from where Joe lives. I don't think I will ever get tired of looking at the Spanish moss in all of the trees down here- each one looks like a work of art and I can't help but stop and take a million pictures. Lucky for me, Jekyll was full of them!

As far as my outfit went for today, I wanted to be comfortable because I knew I would be walking around a lot and I also wanted to wear something that would keep me as cool as possible, so I decided to wear this ruffled romper from She In. I love how feminine this piece is! It really is unlike anything else I have in my wardrobe. As far as accessories went, I simply tied a belt around my waist to define it, added a hat on my head to keep the sun out of my face and wore these leather Sam Edelman sandals that have not left my feet for weeks.
