Spring Shoot.

There is just something so fun about wearing a tulle skirt. Some might say that they are totally ridiculous and impractical, but I on the other hand have worn my tulle skirt many times and have found ways to make it work for all occasions. With spring and warmer weather on my mind, I wanted to style my skirt in a fresh new way, so I wore it over a floral mini dress and of course my jean jacket and sun hat(I told you you will be seeing these pieces a lot!)By wearing a skirt over a dress it creates so many different outfit possibilities. I love pairing really feminine pieces such as a tulle skirt with a more rugged or boho piece such as a jean jacket to create an interesting contrast- it also allows you to wear the dressier piece in a more casual setting.

I had the opportunity to shoot with Savi from SaviYou photography and I am in awe at how lovely the photos came out. Savi was so fun and energetic to shoot with- he has so many exciting ideas to try out (kind of like me) so I think we will make a great team together in the future.
