Earlier this week it had been nothing but grey skies and rain storms here in Pennsylvania. Usually I like to spend my dreary days snuggled up in bed with Netflix but on Monday I decided to get out of my house (and cozy pajamas,) and I went to lunch with my parents at one of our favorite little cafes.
Just because the weather is blah doesn't mean your outfit should be! I secretly don't mind rainy days because it gives me an excuse to wear my Hunter rain boots. Hunters are a staple for any gals wardrobe- there are endless styling options for them and they work great for all kinds of weather. On Monday I paired my Hunters with a classic black and white polka dot dress and I tied a cable knit sweater around my shoulders to make the look more cozy.
