Simply Lauren Gray is a place where I share outfits, beauty and my love of all things pretty with the world. I hope that my story inspires you to find what makes you happy in life.

This little blog of mine came to life the summer after I graduated high school in 2014. All throughout school I had an interest in the fashion industry and wanted to pursue a career in it, so I decided to attend the Philadelphia Art Institute for a degree in fashion marketing. I was all set to move to the city to start my fashion career, but I hit a few bumps along the way. I knew in my gut that going to school there was not the right thing for me to do at the time and when we arrived on move-in day I listened to my heart and decided to go back home. I couldn’t help but feel like a failure because I so badly wanted a career in fashion but I knew that God had another plan in store for me and I trusted Him to lead me there. Sure enough, God was good and shortly after my decision not to attend the Art Institute, He lead me to a more practical route in life- a marketing degree at a small community college and blogging! Blogging became my creative space and a place where I could get my fashion fix in my everyday life.

Now here I am a few years later and life could not be better! I am married to the love of my life, Joseph and we have the sweetest baby (cat) named Grayson. We currently reside in central PA and I am a part time manager at a clothing store. Although I never became a fashion marketer for a big brand in the city, I found something much better- a family and a career in fashion that I can do all from the comfort of my own home. I have big dreams for Simply Lauren Gray and I hope that you will stick along for the ride and see where life takes me next! XO.
